To get food at Ronto Roasters, click on Ronto Roasters from the restaurant mobile order list. From there, choose your food (a Ronto Wrap or Turkey Jerky) and beverages (soft drink or specialty drinks with or without alcohol).Amusingly, the “Type of Cuisine” listed for both these venues is “American.” I supposed having an American-style restaurant in Galaxy’s Edge is the same as having an Chinese-style restaurant in Des Moines, probably with similar accuracy in execution. One thing to note if you’re planning to mobile order from Ronto Roasters, most mobile order locations at WDW allow you to modify items like sandwiches on the app. For example, this is the mobile order page for Rosie’s All American, also at Hollywood Studios. You can ask via the app to leave off things like cheese or tomato. This is type of customization is currently possible at Ronto Roasters. If, for example, you want them to omit the slaw on your wrap, you’ll have to order in person, not on the app. Will you be mobile ordering your blue milk? Let us know in the comments. Share This!If you’ve wanted to try blue milk but the thought of waiting in a long line for a cerulean sip makes you want to turn to the dark side, well now you’re in luck! The Milk Stand and Ronto Roasters at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Galaxy’s Edge both now accept mobile orders. Just place an order on your phone and then walk to the counter to pick it up. No lines, no waiting. The process works just like other mobile orders at Walt Disney World. Here’s what to do:Log into your account on the My Disney Experience app and then click on the Mobile Food Order button.Scroll down to the Disney’s Hollywood Studios section to see that the Milk Stand and Ronto Roasters are now open.Click on Milk Stand to see the hours that the venue is open, and click on “Order Food” to place an order. Then choose what you want to get. At the Milk Stand, you can mobile order either blue or green milk, with or without alcohol, as well as the souvenir sipper.

If users are unhappy with something about the way a site that relies on user generated content is run, they can theoretically hold the site hostage until they get what they want. This week, eBay sellers unhappy with the auction giant’s recent change in listing prices and policy, launched a week-long boycott of the site. So far, the impact appears negligible, but the action highlights a risk that any business that relies on a UGC-centric model takes.Fortune Small Business reports that in the first few days of the eBay seller boycott listings are down about 3%, according to third party tracking firms (eBay says that the boycott has had no impact). A 3% drop is probably within the margin of error — that is, it isn’t necessarily something we can attribute to the boycott and may just be the result of a normal, seasonal swing. Further, FSB points out that eBay recently ran a listing fee special that caused a spike in listings that have muddied the numbers.FSB expects the results of the boycott will be clearer later in the week, especially after the listing fee changes take effect tomorrow. “If [eBay’s listings total] falls below 12 million we’ve made a pretty good impact,” eBay PowerSeller Nancy Baughman told Fortune Small Business. “I’m hoping that it goes down below 10 million. If that happens, we will have made a huge impact.”What eBay sellers are trying to do is not new. We saw a similar user revolt take place at Digg last May. That brouhaha was the result of users responding to what they felt was censorship by the social news site over the release of the AACS encrypition key. In the end, after users effectively took over the site, Digg caved and the users got what they wanted.Unlike a traditional product boycott, when the users are integral in creating the product being boycotted, the results are felt more acutely. If you boycott a certain type of candy bar, for example, the candy bar will still exist on store shelves for others to buy and the company can throw additional marketing muscle behind it to offset the boycott. If, however, you get enough people to boycott the creation of content on a site that relies on users for content, then the site is effected for everyone. The candy bar is no longer on the shelves because the boycott leaves the shelves empty. While it seems unlikely that what happened at Digg will happen at eBay — which has a much larger and more mainstream (and thus less tightly connected) user base and would require a much bigger movement than on Digg to effectively damage the site — both instances illustrate how much power users have when sites rely on user generated content. Facebook Twitter Google+LinkedInPinterestWhatsAppThe now defunct Sports Commission was horribly managed and this forced its shut down. During recent Public Accounts Committee meetings at Parliament, it was exposed in an audit report that hardly any record was kept of monies going out of the coffers of the entity which was set up as a statutory body, with Alvin Parker as its Director. In 2009-2010, there were 662 transactions but 312 totaling over $123,000 were without proper documentation; by the next year, 2010-2011 the same continued and there were 228 of 605 transactions undocumented adding up to over $234,000; and in 2011 to 2012 again, more of the same as the transactions not documented were 28 and they totaled, over $173,000. The recommendations exposed that while the TCI Sports Commission was certainly operating way out of the bounds of a responsible organization; no one was watching or noticing which allowed the risky practices to continue for at least three years. Blank cheques were left signed, almost $50,000 reimbursed to the suspended Director, conflicts of interest where Parker’s business partner allegedly also got money from the Commission, where payment was made for things the Sports Commission did not receive; disorder when it comes to security staff logging hours, without a system the audit exposed that anyone could claim any amount of hours and inflate time actually worked and scrutiny was sorely lacking for this publicly funded body. Related Items: Alvin Parker is on administrative leave during this situation and though the Commission has been dismantled, he continues to receive a salary from TCIG and others have been absorbed in a new entity managing sports, back under the Ministry of Education. The erratic financial management decisions at the TCI Sports Commission were exposed in an audit and includes findings where staff was loaned money, but there was no reporting on the loans; where reimbursements were made for claims without receipts and other reasonable evidence that personal money was spent and needed to be paid back and missing documents including no budgets, no bank reconciliation statements and no register of fixed assets. Parker has already been found culpable by a special tribunal, Magnetic Media has learned, but he has appealed the case which charges him with mismanaging public funds to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Dan Cohen AUTHOR Early returns from the 2018 survey of the nation’s homeless population in Los Angeles County provide a reason to believe that last year’s rise in the number of homeless veterans nationwide, the first increase since 2010, may have been reversed. Los Angeles officials last week revealed that their preliminary estimates indicate an 18 percent decline in veteran homelessness in the county, reports Military Times. “While there is still more work to do, the decrease signals that our strategies are working, bringing us a little bit closer to ending veteran homelessness in Los Angeles,” said Ann Brown, director at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The estimate of homeless veterans dropped from nearly 74,000 in 2010 to just above 40,000 in 2016, before increasing about 1.5 percent in 2017, largely due to the rising cost of housing in California.Air Force photo by Senior Airman Timothy Taylor
